How We Do It
Your faculty are going laugh, compete, and have a ton of fun, all while learning how to improve their longevity. Our sustainable model includes a train the trainer program and a platform to measure growth. This learning is turn-keyed for students, helping them improve their success in school and life. First there was IQ, then EQ, and now RQ, a measure of our innate plus learned ability to deal with acute and chronic distress through your resilience quotient (RQ).
RQ is the measure of integrated physiological and psychological health promoting faculty retention, student success, and school safety.
We measure RQ through 9 elements including needs, protective mechanisms, support/ relationships, adaptation, stress, wellness, skills (PSEL), climate, and values.

We display RQ (resilience quotient) through our dynamic assessment tool analytics (DATA), allowing individuals to track their progress and organizations to identify critical trends needing attention.
Through your dynamic assessment tool you will also be able to monitor your leader board, send messages to users, track points (for rewards), generate reports and more.
Our predict and prevent model is completely data driven, critical for decision making.
Resilience Advocates (RA) are the health ambassadors who embody, model, promote, and reward their peers creating greater engagement. RA's take the burden off of admin and generates higher faculty agency.
This training program prepared schools to scale and sustain support for the faculty, who will ultimately be able to provide training district-wide.
RA's learn about theory and practice, helping themselves and ultimately peers take greater ownership of their own well-being.
The Educator Longevity Program (ELP) supports all new hires to ensure low attrition, creating a new generation of eager faculty to support student growth.
Educators, paras, and other faculty new to the district, gain a valuable opportunity to network with others, learn essential survival skills, and develop a resilience plan to help them overcome the challenges of being an educator.
This program is designed to be and supportive, with results easily measurable through our DATA system.
Your Dedicated District Portal
Our Learning Engagement System allows your district/organization to have their own, custom branded web 'portal'. Fill your virtual library with content for educators to work on their own well-being (self), the success of their class (students) and improve the system they work within (school).
You can use these portals to partner with vendors who help subsidize supports, with opportunities to promote their product or service. These vendors become sponsors who become part of the educational ecosystem, improving the financial health of schools.

Success Stories
I can't thank Jared Scherz and his team at Teacher Coach enough for the afternoon of Wellness and Laughter they provided for our staff. We had a last minute calendar change and not only was Jared able to meet our expectations, they by far exceeded them. All the cards were stacked against this program being successful. It was a day in May, the week of NJSLA testing, students had an early dismissal but not the teachers. However, right from the start the presenters got the staff involved and the teachers were eager participants. We had a comedian and a game show plus two massage therapists. The afternoon couldn't have gone any better. We received nothing but positive comments (which is unheard of). I can't thank Jared and his team enough for an exceptional experience.
