Summary

We all get into situations where we don’t think it’s ok to be honest at work. And, most of us consider ourselves to be honest people. However, when we’re in an environment where we feel the need to be highly strategic, we can develop a habit of hiding, exaggerating or distorting to meet expectations. That’s pretty effective for R&D or marketing, but not as much for building trusting relationships. You may have struggled to reconcile yours and your employer’s agendas at some point. If so, this video module may give you some new ways to manage competing priorities.
