Summary

There are two prominent types of anxiety, influenced by our past or future focus. Understanding whether we ruminate or anticipate as our primary anxiety type provides insight into what steps to take to become more grounded in the here and now. This learning helps us understand how we get stuck in our brain and how we have ignored our bodies. This is valuable for later parts of this series. This should be #4 in the series if you are going in order.

Dr. Scherz is a clinical psychologist, author, and educational consultant, working with educators for over twenty years. He earned his Master's in Education from Penn State University and went on to be an elementary school guidance counselor before earning his Ph.D.
