Depression Part I: Overview

Engagement Details

Depression is a common ailment that can affect anyone of any age, race, gender, or ethnicity. It can manifest in ways that people might not consider, and people might not even realize that they are struggling with depression. This and other factors contribute to the reality that most people struggling with severe depression will never seek professional help. The first step in addressing depression is building an understanding of what it is and how it affects different people.
