Improving Intimacy Part II

Engagement Description

Once we appreciate the barriers to emotional intimacy, we can begin to put that awareness into action. Whether we have learned what impact our parents as role models had or comes to appreciate our own resistance to feeling vulnerable, we can overcome those instincts/ patterns. We will experiment with new ways of joining with our partner or significant others, to feel a new sense of relational satisfaction.
