Anxiety Part V: Process Part B

Engagement Description

It's important to understand both how anxiety is generated and maintained. With an appreciation for how we inadvertently promote our own anxiety, we can learn to reduce it. How anxiety is fed by our focus on outcomes and overthinking are explored in this course. This learning is more advanced, needing to be taken several times for maximum saturation. This should be #7 in the series if you are going in order.
