Anxiety Part VI: Trapped Energy

Engagement Description

A basic but powerful premise of anxiety is tension which our brain interprets as a perceived threat to our well being. In this course we learn why tension builds and how compression of this energy creates the core of anxiety. Consider your process for generating trapped energy and redefine anxiety as a process rather than an affliction. This should be #5 in the series if you are going in order.
