Anxiety Part IX: Anxiety, Relationships & Peace

Engagement Description

Anxiety can erode a relationship gradually over time because of the strain in puts on the couple. Relationships can also be a catalyst for anxiety, tapping into fears of rejection and judgment. Learn how to make your partnership more peaceful while working to reduce anxiety. This learning is also helpful for the partner who may not fully appreciate anxiety. This should be #11 in the series if you are going in order.
