The idea of conflict is unappealing or even stressful to most people. As educators, we are by the very nature of our jobs, challenging concepts, thinking, beliefs, and much more for our students. We encourage debate, helping them learn how to be more discerning and support the challenging of established or traditional ways of viewing the world. Take this series to help you deepen your appreciation of the value of conflict. This live workshop was filmed at a NJ School District.

Jared Scherz, Ph.D., M.Ed., ACS

Dr. Scherz is a clinical psychologist, author, and educational consultant, working with educators for over twenty years. He earned his Master's in Education from Penn State University and went on to be an elementary school guidance counselor before earning his Ph.D.
