Coping with the Covid19 Crisis, Part II

Engagement Details

There experience, being isolated from friends, family, and co-workers, is unlike anything we have dealt with before. We have never sequestered ourselves for this length of time, not knowing the toll it takes on us. Similar in some ways to what an astronaut experiences in their training, it feels like a state of deprivation. Join us to learn how to cope with feeling alone and extend ourselves emotionally to feel connected.

Take this engagement to begin lessening your sense of isolation.
