Anxiety Part II: Fear, Worry, Panic

Engagement Details

A continued exploration into the differences between worry and anxiety. Panic attacks are also explored, both in how they are generated and steps we can take to stop them. The key to reducing anxiety is to understand the process by which it's generated and how it takes us from the 'normal' path of tension. Engage this learning for a strong foundation into the remainder of the series. This should be #3 in the series if you are going in order.
